TLC will work together with an internal design team to assess your organizational systems for equity, bias and inclusion and other challenges.Team Assessment and Training. Are you experiencing challenges with your team with communication, accountability, trust and collaboration? TLC will work together with the team to assess the challenges and support the team’s development of the skills to address them.
Risk Assessments: Nasoan draws on her experience as in-house non-profit counsel and her experience as a thought partner and strategic advisor to advise organizations about issues related to equity, bias and inclusion and to provide risk assessment in areas of need identified together with the organization.

Leadership Circle + Membership
TLC convenes facilitated group coaching cohorts and leadership circles to support black women, indigenous women and women of color leaders with a professional space where they can come together to build, support, learn and grow through the TLC community.
The subject areas of these circle convenings include but are not limited to topics central to those leading in the nonprofit legal services community, those leading in diversity equity inclusion and belonging positions at organizations and corporations in the U.S, first-generation in your family to be in a management role, first generation in your family to go to law school and other circle convenings as interest and need are presented.
If you are interested in joining our Cohorts and Circles join the waitlist and share your particular wishlist. These circles grow out of the needs of the TLC community, as well as Nasoan identifying areas of need.
